# What are the terms of use for Ultra Pool Billiards?

What this game is, what a plan buys you, and the few things we ask in return. Written in plain words, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

## 1. Who provides the game

Ultra Pool Billiards is published at poolgame.aplusz.app/en by an independent developer registered in France as a micro-entrepreneur. Where these terms say we or us, that is who it means. Where they say you, that is whoever is playing.

Reaching us: write from the email address on your account and your message is matched to it. If you have no account, say which device and when you played, so we can find what you are asking about.

## 2. What you are agreeing to

By opening the game you agree to these terms. If you do not, close the page — nothing has been taken from you and nothing has been installed.

You may use the game if you are old enough to agree to terms where you live. If you are under that age, a parent or guardian must agree for you, and must be the one to take any plan.

## 3. What the game costs

The game is free to open and free to keep playing. For the first 72 hours on a device every feature is open. After that Solo practice and the lessons remain open, all day and all night, at no cost and with no account.

Matches against the bot, against another player online, and against a second player on the same device run on two free hours a day once those first 72 hours are over. The two hours return at midnight in your own time zone.

A plan opens everything again. The plans are: 2 hours, a full day, 7 days, and Monthly — the last of which also carries the status Pro. What each costs is shown in the Shop inside the game, in your own currency where we can.

Each friend who makes an account on your invite link adds 24 hours of fully open play to yours, up to three friends. If one of them takes Monthly, you get a month of Monthly free.

## 4. How you pay, and how a plan ends

Payment is taken on our website checkout, not inside the game. The game itself never asks for a card number and never stores one. We do not see your card details at any point; the payment provider does.

A one-off plan — 2 hours, a day, 7 days — ends when its time is up and does not renew. Nothing is charged again. You are never subscribed by accident.

Monthly renews each month until you stop it. You can stop it at any time, and you keep what you have already paid for until the end of the month you are in.

If a plan is bought and the game does not deliver it, tell us and we will either fix it or refund it. Beyond that, a plan that has been played is not refundable — the time was used.

## 5. Your account

An account is an email address and a six-digit code sent to it. There is no password to forget and none to steal. A country, and a first name if you want one, are kept so other players see who they are playing.

One account per person. An account carries your open days, your rank, your kit and your plan to any device you sign in on.

You are responsible for the mailbox behind the address. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep it as you would keep a password.

## 6. Fair play

Play the game as a game. Do not automate it, do not script it, do not run it against other players with anything but your own hands and eyes.

Do not open accounts to farm your own invite link, and do not open a second account to restart the free window. Both are checked for.

Do not use the chat to abuse, threaten or harass another player. Anyone who does loses the chat, and may lose the account.

An account that breaks these rules can be suspended or closed. If a plan is running on an account closed for abuse, it is not refunded.

## 7. Rank, kit and the frames you play

Your rank is ours to calculate and ours to correct. If a result is wrong because of a fault on our side — a dropped connection counted as a loss, a frame scored wrongly — tell us and we will put it right.

The cues, cloths and chalk cubes in the game are a licence to use them inside the game, for as long as your plan runs. They are not property, they cannot be sold, and they do not leave the game.

## 8. What we promise, and what we do not

We will keep the game running, keep it honest, and fix what breaks. We will tell you plainly when something has gone wrong.

We do not promise the game will be available without interruption, that every device will run it, or that it will never contain a fault. It is a browser game, not a life-support system.

Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you where you live. Where a term here conflicts with a right you cannot waive, your right wins and the rest of these terms still stand.

To the extent the law allows, what we owe you for any claim is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before it.

## 9. Changes, and ending it

We may change these terms. If a change matters — what a plan costs, what it buys, how your data is handled — you will be told inside the game before it takes effect, and you can stop a renewing plan before it does.

You can stop using the game at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. See Privacy for what that removes.

French law applies, and the courts of France have jurisdiction, except where the law of your own country gives you the right to be heard at home — in which case that right stands.

These are the terms as the game is built today. They are written to be read, not to be hidden behind. If anything here is unclear, say so and it will be rewritten in plainer words.

Any question about any of this: write to us from the email address on your account.
